🌱 Experience That Counts (You May Already Have It)

We require one year of verifiable caregiving experience or recent CNA graduation.
Your experience may include:

  • In‑home caregiving

  • Assisted living or memory care

  • Group home or residential support

  • Hospice or respite care

  • PCA, HHA, DSP, or direct care roles

  • Caring for a senior family member (if verifiable)

  • Recent CNA school or clinical rotations

If you’ve supported older adults with compassion, patience, and hands‑on care, you likely qualify.

Compensation
Your starting pay is based on your experience and skill set, with CNAs receiving an additional bump. From there, your pay is not fixed: as you complete training levels and grow your skills, your hourly rate grows with you. You also earn PTO through completing training, and after one year you’re eligible for our 401k with a matching program. If you refer another caregiver who joins the team and works 80 hours, you earn a $250 referral bonus.
